Mitra Rash, will be hosting a sit-down Immune Boosting Dinner in the upstairs Community room at Health Nut Nutrition on Friday, February 23 from 5:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Come enjoy delicious food, bursting with immune boosting ingredients and learn how to strengthen your immune system and keep it strong. She will answer questions and distribute recipes so you can make them in your own home.
