Just a taste of what Millie's is proud of offer:
Two new creations prepared for our menu! Raw vegan hemp tofu (non soy) sriracha lettuce wraps. And then a spring mix salad with pea shoots, micro-greens sprinkled with coconut palm sugar coated walnuts, dried mulberries, and goat cheese crumbles. The dressing is a raw, spirulina, Dijon vinaigrette with raw, dehydrated, vegetable, flax, almond crackers on the side. It's all hand-made in Millie's kitchen, using the best ingredients from Health Nut and Sandyfoot Farm.
The Very Vanilla Superfood Shake. Naturally sweet vanilla maple with hint of cinnamon and mesquite (the superfood mesquite, not bbq variety). Believe it or not, it pairs well with chocolate!
When you think of mesquite, barbecuing may be the first thing that comes to mind. And understandably so - mesquite hardwood is often used to add a smoky sweetness to grilled food. Mesquite powder, on the other hand, is ground from the pods of the mesquite plant, and has a sweet, nutty, caramel-like flavor, making it a perfect natural sweetener. It’s ideal for deserts too! And no, it does NOT taste like barbecue!
