Join us at the front of the store this Saturday, April 8, for a free fermentation basics class with Certified Natural Health Practitioner Kim Fuhrmann, of Our Father’s Farm.
These 15- to 20-minute demonstrations will cover lacto and brine fermentation techniques, and how to easily make affordable, nutrient-dense, probiotic superfoods in your own home. You’ll learn about kombucha, kefir, kefir cheese, Miracle Whey, beet kvass and something Kim calls “Perfect Pickler Deliciousness.”
Sessions will take place every 30 minutes, with the first beginning at 9:30 and the last at 11:30 a.m.
